Benjamin took a break from listening to the
radio to pose for me. He might have been listening to KPTZ's during
their fund pledge drive last weekend. This handsome cat is available for
adoption at the HSJC here in Port Townsend. You can visit the Humane Society of Jefferson County from 12-5 Tuesday-Sunday or call them at 385-3292.

Port Townsend High School Knowledge Bowl places third at state - Port Townsend & Jefferson County Leader: Education
Here is a link an article in The Leader the other day. It recognized students at Port Townsend High School and I recognized one of the students. Rose came to my studio almost five years ago. While President of the local Photography Club I was friends with her father and Rose agreed to model for me. This is a favorite image for me. How time flies ...

Port Townsend Seniors
Thanks to Anthony and his family for hiring me to photograph him last fall out at Fort Worden. The Fort is one of my favorite locations and special to many Seniors who have grown up playing in the unique bunkers or on the beach at the park.
Port Townsend High School Seniors if you have just picked up your graduation cards and need additional wallets just give me a call. Deja View Photography offer custom designed graduation cards if you would like me to create one for you.

Meet a Special Cat Named Marvin
Marvin was adopted the last week in April.
Meet Marvin, a new cat at HSJC! Marvin was brought in by animal control, after allegedly being abandoned by his former owner. Poor Marvin was in poor shape when he arrived in late March, and is still recovering. He came in with a rather large abscess on the right side of his forehead. It was so swollen it was pushing his eye closed. Marvin immediately went to the vet. Thanks to Hadlock Vet Clinic, and the efforts of our volunteers doing warm compresses on sweet Marvin's noggin, he is doing much better. Marvin is a very affectionate cat, and we're all enjoying caring for him here. He only has three legs (is missing a rear leg), so will need an indoor only home when he's ready for adoption. We're hoping he'll be well enough to find his forever home very soon!

Jethro-Handsome Bloodhound Seeks New Home
Hi, my name is Jethro! I am approximately 3 years old. I came to the shelter after I was found wandering the streets. I am a big, friendly, strong boy.
I am a bloodhound, and am seeking a home with hound experience. I have hunting instincts, so would do best in a home with no cats or small animals. I will need a fence since I will follow my nose straight off your property. I am micro-chipped and ready to go home.
I only weigh about 65 lbs. currently and will have some weight to gain in my new home. Shelter staff guesses my weight should be closer to 80 lbs.
The shelter staff will be taking applications for me to find me a great forever home! They are happy to work with out of county/area potential adopters. If you are interested in me, call the shelter at 360-385-3292 or stop by to view me and for an application Tuesday-Sunday from 12-5.
