I photographed my first 2022 Senior, a young man from Spokane. He was visiting family who lives in Sequim. The young man plays the guitar and is a big fan of Eddie Van Halen. He wanted images of himself on a rock in the water with his guitar, similar to a Van Haven poster. After some searching for the perfect rock/location, the scene was set for photos and afterwards, we headed to the bunkers at Fort Worden for more photos. This was my favorite from the session.

Not Too Late for Port Townsend Senior Portraits
The weather may be gray and wet right now but it isn't too late to get great Port Townsend High School Senior images and met the yearbook deadline. Right now I have openings for in studio sessions for the Senior head shot needed for the yearbook. I have a waiting list for on location sessions when the rain stops and the sun returns. With nicer weather we can get back outside to take photos at the Fort in the bunkers or at the beach or in scenic downtown Port Townsend or a favorite location special just to you.
The collage of images here are ones I took recently of Rowan who did a studio session first and then we headed out to Fort Worden late afternoon for unique variety of different looks.
Rowan is very active in local plays at his school and other held at Key City Players here in Port Townsend and need a professional head shot when applying to different collages. He was recently accepted to Cornish College of Arts in Seattle next year. I can't wait to follow his adventures in 2017. I loved working with Rowan for these on location images. As with all the Seniors I photograph it is fun to get to know them during the session, learn about their plans for after graduation and to follow them on Facebook.

Port Townsend High School Senior
I had been looking for the perfect frame so I could hang this image of a High School Senior on my office wall. I found it last weekend and just hung it the other day. One of the new products I offer clients is the ability to walk out of my studio with their images already matted so they can add them to frames that fit their family decor. The professional lab I use offers these wonderful double mats with the photo already mounted within and the mat and mounted on a 1/4 inch foam board.
I want my clients to show off their beautiful images not place them in a box hoping to find time to get them matted and ready to frame.

Port Townsend Seniors Looking for Something More Than Just a Print?
Some of the popular products I offer to everyone who uses Deja View Photography These products are especially popular with Chimacum and Port Townsend Seniors. On the top of the desk are three 5x7 canvas prints which are unique in that with their protective coating no frame is required and they can sit on a desk or hang on the wall. To the left of those are fun little "brag book" that hold 10 images from a session. They fit perfect in a purse and are easy to carry to show family and friends your images.
On the lower section of my desk you can see thin wraps displayed. These products are also great in that they do not require a frame and with their backing actually float off the wall instead of laying flat. I also offer custom designed albums perfect for any type of session whether a family or Senior session.

Brass Screw Confederacy in Port Townsend.
This year was my first time to photography the Brass Screw Confederacy weekend in Port Townsend. This was the third year for the event and I was thrilled when asked to have my image used in the July newsletter for the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce.
